Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to make a return. 

To be eligible for a return, you must email us your order number and reasoning for your return : business.monostudio@gmail.com 

your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused with tags and in its original packaging. Please include your order number within the return so we can locate who it belongs too.

we advise sending your returns ( Tracked ) as we are not responsible for any items lost within your return.

Sale items: Please note that any items purchased within a sale or at sale price are non eligible for a return. If the wrong size is ordered you may exchange for the correct sizing from the original item selected. - if in stock.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receiving  and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost and misplaced goods: There must be an official notification from courier stating goods are lost and a claim is needed. For ourselves to start/open a claim we reserve the right to wait up to 21 days from last tracking update.

Non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
